We are thrilled to announce that from September 2015, we will be introducing a fast track booking system for some of our most vulnerable customers in Bath.
Working alongside Bath Carers’ Centre here at Ace we recognise that there are members of our community who really should not have to be without hot water or heating for any length of time during the coldest months of the year. But sometimes it’s not easy getting hold of a plumber quickly, which is where our priority booking system can help.
How does it work?
We will keep back emergency appointments every day and allocate these to carers that need a plumber to attend immediately. That way you can be sure that we will always prioritise your appointment, getting out to you quickly, making sure you get you the service you need straight away.
So who qualifies?
If you are registered with Bath Carers’ Centre then you automatically qualify for our Priority Booking Scheme.
How to book a plumber.
If you find that you need a plumber during the winter months call our Bath office on 01225 588050 and simply quote ‘carer’ when speaking to one of our office staff. We will then allocate a priority appointment time for you, pushing you ahead of the queue!
