You must be renting out a room or portion of the house in which you reside. You must own the property and not currently be a tenant or Housing Association Resident. This offer is not available to businesses, Airbnb hosts, Letting Agents or Private landlords.
If your property does not pass the Gas Safety inspection or is deemed Immediately Dangerous or At Risk then remedial works will be met at your own cost. (This can be carried out by any approved Gas Safe Contractor). This offer is available for a limited period only. We have the right to withdraw this offer at any time. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant at any time if we suspect the applicant requires the gas safety certification for any purpose other than the Homes For Ukraine Scheme. Only available to homes within the Bath BA1 & BA2 postode area.
